Balázs Szabolcs Gerencsér (1978) is a lawyer, PhD, habilitated associate professor of the
Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány
Péter Catholic University. His main teaching and research interests are administrative law in
comparative, European and substantive scope; language rights; right to education; protection
of minorities. He is author of more than 170 publications. Today, he is the vice chair of the
Department of Administrative Law at Pázmány.
